ROOF REPAIRS

ROOF RESTORATION

TILES

If your roof is looking a little worse for wear, breathe some life back into it with a tile clean, re-seal and re-paint. During our restoration service we remove and replace all damaged tiles, followed by a good pressure clean to ensure no dirt and grit remains on the tile and in the gutters. Damaged or rusted valleys and lead flashings are replaced and ridge capping tiles are re-bedded and re-pointed with Flexi-point.

Before we apply a sealer, we thoroughly inspect all our work to ensure everything meets our high standards. After sealing we coat the tiles in a high quality acrylic from Nutech paints, made specifically to withstand Australia's often harsh weather and climate. All gables and flashings are given the finishing touch and a thorough inspection of the roof is done before we consider the job complete.

METAL/TIN

We remove all dirt and contaminates with a good high pressure clean, followed by a thorough inspection where we can locate any screws that need replacing or touch-ups that need doing. Next up we prime the roof, which provides further protection to the metal and paint, increasing the longevity of the restoration.

When we are happy the roof is accurately prepped, we coat the roof with our high quality paint from Nutech, which is available in a broad range of colours and selected by our client. We provide two coatings to ensure durability and accuracy of colour.

RE-ROOFS & NEW ROOFS
